What you usually get

  • 1-2 channel calculators. Email-only or paid-only - no apples-to-apples comparison.
  • Stale benchmarks. Most calculators still show 2018 CTRs that have not been true for years.
  • One channel per page. Multiple calculators, multiple tabs, manual copy-paste of audience size.
  • No custom CTR. You get the benchmark or nothing - no way to use your own historical data.
  • Sales-call gated. Forecast gives you a number; the comparison view costs a sales call.

What you get here

  • 8 channel benchmarks. Email promo + drip, social organic + paid, paid search, display, push, SMS.
  • Realistic 2024-2026 averages. Refreshed when major reports drop - not 2018-era inflation.
  • Side-by-side comparison. Every channel at once - no copy-pasting between calculators.
  • Custom CTR override. Plug in your own historical CTR for the most accurate forecast.
  • No history, no signup. Forecasts live in your tab only - nothing logged for sales follow-up.
/ FAQ

Frequently asked.

Can't find it? Email us
What is a good click-through rate for email?
Promotional newsletters average 2-3%; lifecycle and behavioural drips average 4-6%. Above 7% is excellent and usually indicates a tightly-segmented list with a strong offer.
What is a good CTR for paid social?
Meta benchmarks 2024 put the cross-industry average around 1.0-1.2%. B2C consumer brands tend to outperform; B2B usually trails. Above 2% is strong; below 0.5% indicates creative or audience issues.
Why is SMS CTR so much higher than email?
SMS is opt-in only and treated as personal, so open rates approach 95% and CTR clears 19% on average. Use it sparingly - repeated SMS sends train your audience to unsubscribe.
How accurate are these benchmarks?
They are industry medians - your campaign will land somewhere between half and double these numbers depending on creative quality, audience match, and offer strength. Use them as a sanity-check, not a forecast.
Where do you source these numbers?
A blend of public benchmarks from HubSpot, Klaviyo, Meta's 2024 ad-performance reports, and our own observations across customer campaigns. We refresh the table when major reports drop.
Is there a difference between CTR and click rate?
Sometimes - CTR usually means clicks / impressions; click rate (especially in email) often means clicks / delivered. Email tools sometimes report both. Make sure you compare apples to apples.
Can I forecast conversions, not just clicks?
Yes - multiply the projected clicks by your historical conversion rate. A 2% CTR followed by a 3% landing-page conversion rate means 0.06% impressions-to-conversion overall.
